Yes it is. The story of this photo is: This little girl was in school and she accidentally stepped on her teachers prayer rug while he was praying to Allah. This little girls face shows her muslim teachers rage because she stepped on his prayer rug.
When I first posted this photo, one of the comments was by a lady of the screen name Madmouser, "His prayer rug becomes his burial rug." She said it perfectly! Every time I look at this little girl, and the mother, I think of the danger the mother put herself in to tell this story. But this mother cares not about the danger of herself, she's wanting to let the world see what happened to her little girl. This is a cry for help by the mother!
