Children bring great joy and love to our hearts.
Every time I see these pictures I find a gentle smile on my face and in my heart.
Today I want to shine the light on some of the good in our country.
American Patriotic Children
(All thanks goes to the parents who are teaching their children the
good things about The United States of America and
the honor of those who
serve her well).
The United States now has children who’ve also
sacrificed much for this great country as their parent
has fallen defending their families, ‘We The People’
and The Constitution of The United States of America.
Mothers Day and Fathers Day is coming up soon.
If your looking for a way to help the family of a fallen soldier
please keep in mind these two holidays.
These will truly be some hard but honorable days.
Listed below are several ideas on ways you can help a family
of a Fallen Soldier.
Make a gift basket filled with gift certificates, Examples:
Sears - Why did I single out Sears? They do much for our Troops.
JC Pennys - Children needs clothes, coat, etc
Walmart - school supplies, socks, food, etc
Vehicle gas card
Hobby Lobby - Project supplies
Pay a bill for the family. They may say no, so do this anonymously
phone bill, electric bill, gas bill, rent or house payment, water bill, etc.
Florist or Flag store - They will want to honor their fallen soldier's grave.
Write a letter to the family and tell them how much their fallen parent's and their
sacrifice means to you. And share with the children the good that their
sacrifice has contributed too. Examples below...
So these children will not have to endure anymore brutal attacks.
Share with them that it is honorable to help families around the world to
be delivered from cruel governments and peoples.
Share with them the heartache of our Soldiers that see the evil put on peoples in other countries, and want to do to us in our country too.
And be sure to remind them that their parent would have preferred to be home with them
and not fighting in this war, but the parent fought so they (the children) would not have
to endure that kind of evil.
And be sure to share with them the joy of the people's who've been liberated.
